We are Onʌyoteʼa·ká· , the People of the Standing Stone, rising together to build a resilient community for the next seven generations.
What We Offer: Reclaiming Our Health
Gym Memberships Join a space built by and for our people. Our facility offers a culturally safe environment where you can build physical strength using modern equipment rooted in a community-first atmosphere. This is more than a gym; it’s a place to reclaim the vitality of our ancestors.
Personal Training Work one-on-one with coaches who understand our unique histories and physiology. We combine modern exercise science with traditional movement patterns to help you reach your peak potential, ensuring every rep is a step toward a stronger future for you and your family.
Group Classes Strength is found in community. Our classes are high-energy sessions designed to foster connection and collective motivation. We move together to stay healthy for the next seven generations, supporting one another through every challenge.
Health & Traditional Wellness
Diet and Nutrition: Traditional Fuel We return to the source to heal. By focusing on traditional nutrition—the foods our ancestors thrived on before the introduction of processed goods—we provide meal guidance that nourishes the spirit and the body. We teach you how to use whole, indigenous-centered foods to fuel your modern life.
Weight Management & Diabetes Prevention Our community faces a disproportionate burden, with Indigenous adults nearly 3 times more likely to be diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes than non-Hispanic white adults. We are here to change that narrative. Our program focuses on preventing kidney failure and heart disease—the leading cause of death in our community—through consistent movement and ancestral eating habits.
Specialized Programming
Specialty Programs We offer programming that honors our specific heritage and life stages. Our evolving calendar includes:
Cultural Movement: Smokedance classes and Lacrosse-specific drills to honor the "Creator’s Game."
Athletic Development: Running clubs and sprinting drills to reclaim our history as long-distance messengers.
Life Stages: Pre- and post-natal fitness to support our mothers, and Yoga to find mental and physical balance.
Space Rental We offer our facility for community gatherings, Indigenous wellness workshops, or independent native trainers. Our space is a hub for the community to grow, share knowledge, and host events that promote a healthy Indigenous lifestyle.
